Cembrit roof panels are available in three formats – B6, B7 and B9; depending on the specific roof application and building type.

All roof systems are designed to be installed using semi-skilled labour with maximum speed and efficiency.

All roof panels are secured either to a solid roof deck (minimum 1" full thickness) or to horizontal wood battens (such as 2" x 4") using ¼" x 4" corrosion resistant lag bolts. Alternatively, steel hat channels can be used with corresponding self-drilling bolts.

Bolts are available as either Ruspert Coated (in accordance with ASTM B117 exceeding 500 hours salt spray testing) or Stainless Steel (Type 304).

A range of standard colours are available which include – Tile Red, Flamed Tile Red, Chestnut, Coffee, and Blackish Blue. Custom colours are available subject to minimum quantities.

The installed roof system weighs only 20 kg / m² (4 lbs / sq ft) approx.

A full range of fittings and fastenings are available for different roof applications including Ridge & Hip Caps (either Half Round Conic or Angled "V"), Gable Rake Caps, Valleys, Eave & Ridge Closures and Flashings.
